Help Us Plan Your Table

What Helps Us Quote Faster

A few details help us design and price your display before we ever meet.

Event Basics

Send these first.

  • Event date and location
  • Guest count
  • Indoor or outdoor setup
  • Table or surface you're providing

Service Details

Help us plan the build.

  • Any dietary restrictions, told upfront
  • Setup window: 30–120 minutes needed
  • Distance from Denver, if traveling far
  • Rain or shine β€” tent needed if outside

The Experience

Tell us your vision.

  • Style or photo inspiration you love
  • Savory, dessert, or both tables
  • Wedding, backyard party, or other occasion
  • Anything you want guests to feel

No trucks on display

No Vehicle, No Hassle

Grazing Denver isn't a food truck concept β€” there's no truck, trailer, or vehicle parked at your event. Our team arrives ahead of time to unload and build the display by hand, then departs once setup is complete, leaving only the styled table behind. All you need is the space to host the table itself, provided by you at the size we confirm together.

Once the display is built, it stays put β€” the table cannot be relocated without a full teardown and rebuild.

Add-Ons & Options

  • Dessert grazing table: Add our 4ft x 2.5ft Dessert Grazing Table alongside the savory spread for a full dessert display.
  • Dietary accommodations: We can build around allergies and dietary needs when we know before the design and ordering is finalized.
  • Catering tray transition: For weather concerns, we can shift the display to catering trays so guests are still well fed and cared for.
  • Beverage add-on: Round out the table with assorted soda and water for guests to grab alongside the spread.
  • Custom vision boards: Have a photo or theme in mind? We can design the display around it and the table you provide.

On the Day

What to Expect on Event Day

From arrival to last bite, here's how your grazing table comes together.

Arrival & Setup

  • We arrive 30–120 minutes early to build the display on site
  • We check in with the host to confirm the setup spot first
  • Host provides the table; we build the full spread around it
  • All prep happens off site β€” we arrive ready to assemble

Service Flow

  • Everything is laid out buffet-style at the very start
  • Guests come and go freely, no line or backup ever forms
  • We set up rain, snow, or shine with a tent or cover outside
  • Dietary needs are built in from the start, not added on-site

Wrap-Up

  • The board stays intact and self-serve through the event
  • Once assembled, the display is fixed and not designed to move

Before you book

What Shapes Your Quote

Every grazing table is built custom, so your quote reflects the size and scope of the display rather than a flat rate. The biggest factor is the footprint of the table itself, since more square footage means more variety, more design detail, and more time to build it right. Our team helps plan the display around guest count, timing, venue, and service needs so the final quote matches exactly what your event calls for.

  • Table size / square footage
  • Guest count
  • Event location & travel
  • Setup time needed
  • Dietary accommodations
  • Add-on displays (dessert table, etc.)

Quick Answers Before You Request a Quote

How do I book you?

Booking with us is handled entirely online. That said, we're always happy to speak by phone if you have questions about our service. Please note that quotes are provided via email only and cannot be given over the phone.

How do I check if my date is available?

Submit a form on our website. We build displays for a wide range of dates, styles and guest counts, so don't be afraid to reach out.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

All cancellation and reschedule policies can be found in our booking terms linked in the footer of our website. You'll also get a copy with your catering agreement when you book.

Can the serving time change after I book?

In some cases, yesβ€”and in others, no. Once we've committed to your event time, we build our other commitments around it. If a requested change to your serving time would conflict with a commitment we've made to another party based on our original arrangement with you, we wouldn't be able to accommodate that change.
