Our Story: From Artisanal Beginnings to Culinary Excellence
I have fond memories of my great-grandmother Zampini giving me a boost in the kitchen of her Queens, NY walk-up so I could select the perfect wooden slotted spoon to help her stir her homemade sauce. The meals she prepared in that tiny kitchen brought our family together across generations and left a lasting impression on me.
In my childhood home in the Boston suburbs, every gathering centered around delicious food and lively conversation. Our family table was where we shared big news, debated current events, and dreamed about the future. It was around those meals that I realized the true magic of food — its ability to create connection, community, and lasting memories.
That spirit is what inspired the launch of Grazing Denver — a passion project that started in Colorado and has now grown beyond our wildest dreams. Thanks to our amazing licensed partners nationwide, Grazing Denver is proud to bring elegant grazing tables, charcuterie spreads, and beautifully crafted displays to events all across the country. No matter where your celebration takes place, we’re here to make it unforgettable — one carefully curated bite at a time.
