Our Story: From Artisanal Beginnings to Culinary Excellence
Growing up in a big foodie family in the northeast, I understood from an early age the pwer that food has to bring people together.
I have fond memories of my great grandmother Zampini giving me a boost in th ekitchen of her Queens, NY walkup so I could select the perfect wooden slot spoon to help her stir her homemade sauce. The meals she prepared in that tiny kitchen brought our family together across generatrions.
In my childhood home in the Boston subrubs, meals always centered around delicious food and lively conversations. Our family table was where we shared big news, debated current events, and discussed our hopes and dreams for the future. In households all over the world, similar scenes unfold around.
